D2 CURRICULUM (AG E S 1 2 - 1 4 )

The TYGTAL D2 curriculum engineers the development of motor memory in multi-directional planes. Linear and lateral speed, agility and mobility are emphasized. Olympic Lifts techniques are introduced emphasizing the development of maximum power and explosiveness. Joint stability, proprioception, Single Joint movements in our “ABS” and ”ABSAM” curriculums are engineered to each athletes ability. TYGTAL athletes will develop proper movement techniques with increased force production. As TYGTAL athletes naturally increase in height, weight, strength and aggressiveness, the need for improved joint integrity is vital for reducing the chance of injury and achieving maximal power output.

D1 CURRICULUM(AG E S 1 5 + )

In the TYGTAL D1 Curriculum, technique is reinforced and fine tuned. As the TYGTAL athlete cognitively matures, the sessions begin to resemble the energy system demands of athletics. Repetition of accelerating and decelerating in multiple planes in space leads the athlete to excellence. Strength and power increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimize power output through engineering the Central Nervous System of the athlete.
